Corporate Governance

The German Corporate Governance Code (DCGK) recommends principles of good corporate governance (company management) to be applied for Germany. A government commission set up by the Federal Ministry of Justice in September 2001 (http://www.corporate-governance-code.de/) passed the initial edition of the code on February 26, 2002.

The code is examined annually and was last amended on May 26, 2010. biolitec is committed to the German Corporate Governance Code and implements the recommendations of this Code.
